Voices soar alongside flying children, fairies and mystical ships as Orpheus provides its own live choral soundtrack to the no longer silent 1924 classic film fantasy Peter Pan. Organ improvisations heighten the swashbuckling suspense, while creating a roaring twenties movie-house atmosphere. Get set for adventure as we kick off our 55th season with faith, trust and pixie dust.

Celebrating Women in the Choral Art
A ground-breaking celebration of Canadian artistry, featuring an array of choral works by female composers, and the premiere of four commissioned Canadian works. Orpheus partners with Diaspora Dialogues in a unique mentoring of female composers and poets to highlight the very best of established and undiscovered Canadian talent. This evening honours the woman’s expressive and singular perspective in song!
