The John and Mary Sidgwick Scholarship Program is the pride and joy of the Orpheus Choir of Toronto. Since 1989 it has provided a stepping stone for more than 100 young singers on their journey towards a professional career.

At the start of each season, we host a salon to fund the Sidgwick Scholarship Program. Our patrons gather in an intimate venue and our new Scholars share their favourite songs and arias. Throughout the event, our host encourages patrons to help support our young musicians.

This year, we will gather at the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse, 106 Trinity St, Toronto, on Sunday November 12.

We are very excited to have our guest MC Darryl Edwards with a special performance from recent Sidgwick graduate Maeve Palmer.

Doors open at 2:30 p.m.; recital starts 3:00 p.m. Full details will be found on our event page on CanadaHelps. An afternoon tea reception will follow the recital. There is no charge to attend, but seats must be reserved in advance.

Please reserve your spot by Sunday, November 05.
