Ticketing Policy

All sales are final. Payment is processed immediately on completion of the order, after which there are no cancellations or refunds. Limited exceptions apply. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their ticket for the correct performance, day of the week and curtain time. Program and artists are subject to change without notice.

All ticket prices include taxes. All tickets are subject to a $1.50 processing fee.

Ticket and payment information is confidential, and any updates or changes must come from the ticket holder. To make arrangements for someone else to pick up your tickets, please email tickets@orpheuschoirtoronto.com.

Confirmation pages can be re-sent by visiting the ticket purchasing page and clicking “Resend Confirmation” at the top of the event purchasing page.


Based on guidance from the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto, masks and proof of vaccination are no longer required at Orpheus Choir of Toronto concerts. As a reminder, there are also no capacity limitations or social distancing requirements.

We continue to strongly recommend wearing a face mask while attending an Orpheus Choir of Toronto concert.

Contactless Ticketing

We suggest contactless entry by choosing mobile tickets for your method of delivery. Electronic tickets can be presented on a digital device or printed.
